Divayi itukura , inkeri na shokola bishobora kurinda uburwayi bwa Diyabete yo mu bwoko bwa kabiri

Abahanga mu bijyanye n’ubuzima hamwe n’ubuvuzi bavuga ko Shokola yirabura, amoko atandukanye y’inkeri  na Divayi itukurabyifitemo uburyohere bw’umwimerere ndetse n’icyitwa Flavonoids , ku buryo kubirya cyane bifasha mu kurinda diyabete y’urwego rwa kabiri, ari nabyo bifasha umubiri mu kugena no kugereranya isukari ukeneye.

Umwarimu (Professeur)Aedin Cassidy,umwe mu bakoze ubushakashatsi kuri ibi biribwa na diyabete muri Kaminuza ya East Anglia muri Norwich mu Bwongereza, avuga ko yavuze ko impinduka nto ku mirire zishobora guhindura bifatika ubushobozi bwo kwirinda diyabete mu mubiri.

Agira ati , “Twagaragaje ko indyo imwe y’inkeri ku munsi yafasha umubiri w’umuntu mu kugenzura isukari y’umubiri we kandi bikanafasha mu kurwanya ibyago byo kurwara umutima.”

 

Ubu bushakashatsi bwakorewe ku bagore 2000, hagenda handikwa buri munsi ibiribwa n’ibinyobwa bafashe ku munsi kandi  hakanagenda hafatwa amaraso buri munsi agasuzumwa.

Ubundi bushakashatsi bwakorewe muri King’s College London, bwo bwagaragaje ko icyayi, sereli, perisili   ibyatsi byinshi bitandukanye, imbuto za pome ( pommes), n’amacunga bigiye byifitemo iyi flavonoids.

Akomeza avuga ko ariko hakibaho buri gihe guhamya neza ko ibintu nka shokola, divayi itukura ndetse n’ikawa iyo bikabije kuba byinshi na none ingaruka mbi ziba nyinshi kurusha ibyiza byabyo. Ariko kandi ngo  mu biribwa by’imbuto nk’inkeri n’imizabibu (raisins), n’imboga zirimo nk’ibiringanya , aribyo byifitemo flavanoids cyane .
